Batteries stolen from Morgan County tornado siren

MORGAN COUNTY, Ind. — A reported theft has left a tornado siren offline in Morgan County. In a Facebook post, the Morgan County Emergency Management Agency indicated that an outdoor warning siren located along South Old State Road 67 is currently inoperable.
