Police: Dog left in 121° vehicle, Marion man charged

MARION, Ind. — A Marion man was charged after a dog was left in a vehicle during the extreme heat in early July. Wadie Harwood, 62, was charged with Cruelty to an Animal with Prior Conviction, a Level 6 Felony.
